
SRINAGAR: Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah has arrived in Hubballi, Karnataka, to witness the final day of the Ranji Trophy Final, a defining moment for the region’s cricket journey.
According to a post on X by the Office of the J&K Chief Minister, he is in Hubballi to witness the decisive stages of the championship clash.
The post described the occasion as a historic milestone for Jammu and Kashmir cricket, with the team on the verge of a landmark victory.
It added that the match represents a significant achievement for the Union Territory as the side pushes for a memorable finish in India’s premier domestic tournament.
Meanwhile, Jammu and Kashmir tightened their grip on the Ranji Trophy Elite 2025–26 Final with a commanding performance against the Karnataka cricket team at the KSCA Hubli Cricket Ground on Day 5.
