Cluster University Jammu Assistant Professor And Teaching Assistant Notification 2025 Out

Cluster University of Jammu has released an official notification for the engagement of Assistant Professors and Teaching Assistants for the academic session 2025–2026. The positions are purely on a contractual basis under Academic Temporary Engagement for the Schools of Social Sciences and Engineering & Computer Technology in the subjects of BBA and BCA.

As per the official notice, the application process has begun from 24 July 2025 and will remain open till 30 July 2025. The application form must be filled online via the University’s Recruitment Portal with a processing fee of Rs. 100. The salary for these contractual posts will be as per the norms set by the University.

Candidates must hold a Master’s Degree with at least 55% marks in the relevant subject and meet other academic eligibility conditions as defined by the University and UGC regulations. The appointments will be valid up to the end of the academic session 2025-26 or until the vacancy is filled on a regular basis, whichever is earlier.

Eligibility Criteria:

Applicants must possess a Master’s Degree in the relevant or allied subject with at least 55% marks from an Indian university or a recognized foreign institution. A 5% relaxation is applicable for SC/ST and differently-abled categories. Candidates holding Ph.D. degrees according to UGC regulations (2009 or 2016) will be exempt from NET/SLET/SET.
