Car swept away in Kathua flash floods, one dead

Kathua, Aug 23: At least one person was killed after a flash flood near Dreamland Park in Jammu and Kashmir’s Kathua district swept away a car, officials said.

According to officials, “A car was swept away in a flash flood near Dreamland Park, Kathua, killing one person.” They added, the vehicle has been pulled out of the rubble.

Officials further said that a massive rescue operation was launched after the incident.
