BRO to Upgrade Sua-1 to Pargwal Road in Akhnoor | Kashmir Life

SRINAGAR: The blacktopping and upgradation of the road from Sua number 1 to Pargwal in Akhnoor will be undertaken by the Border Roads Organization (BRO), Deputy Chief Minister Surinder Choudhary informed the Legislative Assembly on Thursday.

Replying to a question from Legislator Mohan Lal, Choudhary said the road is proposed to be formally handed over to BRO for upgradation and blacktopping.

He added that the formal transfer process from the Public Works (R and B) Department to BRO is currently underway, paving the way for the project to commence.
