BEL Thales Systems Limited Recruitment 2026 For Deputy Engineer Posts

BEL-Thales Systems Limited (BTSL), a Joint Venture Company under the Ministry of Defence, Government of India, has released an official recruitment notification for Deputy Engineer posts on a fixed tenure basis.

The recruitment is being conducted for Electronics and Mechanical disciplines. Selected candidates will be appointed for a fixed tenure of 3 years, which may be extended for an additional 2 years based on performance and organizational requirements.

Educational Qualification

Candidates must possess a B.E. or B.Tech degree with First Class from an AICTE approved institute or recognized university in the relevant discipline.

Note: PwBD candidates are eligible with Pass Class qualification.

Experience Requirement

Candidates must have a minimum of 4 years of relevant post-qualification industrial experience in the respective field.

Experience in academic, internship, apprenticeship or training roles will not be considered as valid industrial experience.

Age Limit

Age relaxation will be applicable as per Government of India guidelines.

• OBC Candidates – 3 Years Relaxation
• PwBD Candidates – 10 Years Relaxation

Cut-off date for age and experience calculation is 01 February 2026.

Salary Structure

In addition to the basic pay, selected candidates will receive allowances such as:

• Dearness Allowance
• House Rent Allowance
• Perquisites up to 35% of Basic Pay
• Provident Fund
• Gratuity

Selection Process

The selection process will consist of the following stages:

• Written Test
• Personal Interview

Candidates who qualify in the written test will be shortlisted for the interview. Both the written test and interview will be conducted in Bengaluru.
