BEL Notification 2025 Out For Project Engineer And Field Operation Engineer Posts In J&K

Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL), a Navratna Public Sector Enterprise under the Ministry of Defence, has released an official notification for recruitment of Project Engineers and Field Operation Engineers on a temporary basis at J&K. BEL will conduct walk-in selections for these posts on 4th and 5th August 2025 at Jammu, Jammu & Kashmir.

As per Advertisement No. 12949/HR/GAD/SCCS/IPSS/FOE&PE/06 dated 22.07.2025, the recruitment is being conducted for a total of 32 positions in the discipline of Electronics. The posts are based at various locations in Jammu, Udhampur, Awantipur, and Srinagar. Candidates must have a valid engineering degree with relevant post-qualification industrial experience in areas such as Satellite Communication, Networking, Data Centres, Cloud Computing, or Database Administration.

Important Dates:
The walk-in selection for Project Engineer-I will be held on 04 August 2025, and for Field Operation Engineer on 05 August 2025 at St. Peter’s High School, BC Road, Jewel Chowk, Jammu. The selection process will include a written test followed by an interview.

2) Post Name: Field Operation Engineer

Reservation: UR-5, OBC-2, SC-1
Work Locations: Jammu, Udhampur, Awantipur, Srinagar
Minimum Experience: 5 years
Upper Age Limit: 40 years

Educational Qualification:
Candidates must possess a 4-year B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc Engineering degree in one of the following Electronics-related disciplines:

Electronics
Electronics & Communication
Electronics & Telecommunication
Communication
Electronics & Instrumentation
Applied Electronics & Instrumentation
Instrumentation & Control Engineering
Telecommunication

Experience (as on 01.07.2025):
Field Operation Engineer: Minimum 5 years of full-time relevant industrial experience.
Project Engineer-I: Minimum 2 years of full-time relevant industrial experience.
