BDL Invites Online Applications For 212 Posts Of Trainee Engineer, Officer And Assistant 2025

Bharat Dynamics Limited (BDL) has released the official notification inviting online applications from eligible candidates for 212 posts including Trainee Engineer, Trainee Officer, Trainee Diploma Assistant, and Trainee Assistant. The appointments will be purely on contract basis.

As per the notification, the upper age limit for most positions ranges from 28 to 33 years depending on the category. The salary for selected candidates will vary from Rs. 24,500 to Rs. 38,500 per month depending on the post and year of service. The selection will be made through a Computer Based Online Test (CBoT).

Interested and eligible candidates can apply online through the official website of BDL at bdl-india.in. The online application process will start on 17 July 2025 at 2:00 PM and will close on 10 August 2025 at 4:00 PM. The admit card for the written test will be available for download from 18 August 2025 and the written test is scheduled on 24 August 2025.

Educational Qualifications:
Trainee Engineers must hold B.E./B.Tech degrees in relevant engineering disciplines.
Trainee Officers in Finance should have CA/CMA or MBA in Finance.
Trainee Officers in HR or Business Development must possess MBA or PG degree/diploma in relevant specializations.
Trainee Diploma Assistants must have a 3-year diploma or B.Sc/BCA depending on the discipline.
Trainee Assistants must have a relevant graduation or diploma with computer knowledge as specified.

Age Limit:
Most posts require an age between 28 to 33 years. Relaxation is applicable for ST candidates.

Application Fee:
The application fee for the recruitment process is structured according to categories:
UR/EWS/OBC (NCL) candidates must pay Rs. 300.
SC/ST/PwBD/Ex-Servicemen are exempted from any fee.

Selection Process:
The selection of candidates will be based on a Computer Based Online Test (CBoT). The admit card will be released on 18 August 2025 and the exam is tentatively scheduled for 24 August 2025.
