AWEIL Notifies 10 Executive Finance Vacancies – Apply By 27 July 2025

Advanced Weapons and Equipment India Limited (AWEIL), a Government of India enterprise under the Ministry of Defence, has invited applications for 10 Executive Finance posts on a full-time contractual basis. These positions are open to experienced finance professionals, and the last date for submitting applications is 27 July 2025.

As per the notification, eligible Indian nationals with qualifications such as CA, CMA, MBA (Finance), CA-Inter, CMA-Inter, M.Com or B.Com can apply. Preference will be given to candidates with CA or CMA and prior experience in corporate or factory-level finance functions. The appointment will be on a yearly renewable contract, with a maximum age limit of 64 years.

Candidates are required to submit their applications in hard copy through speed post or courier, and also send a scanned advance copy via email to [email protected]. The consolidated monthly pay for Executive Finance is ₹90,000 with 10% annual increment and 12 casual leaves per year. No other allowances are applicable.

Vacancy Details:

Eligibility Criteria:
Applicants must be Indian nationals not exceeding 64 years of age as on 1 July 2025. Essential qualifications include CA, CMA, MBA (Finance), CA-Inter, CMA-Inter, M.Com, or B.Com. Candidates should have relevant experience in handling finance operations either at factory level (bookkeeping, payroll, audit, tax, etc.) or in corporate finance (working capital, taxation, budgeting, etc.).

Selection Process:
The selection will be based on shortlisting through qualifications and experience, followed by a personal interview conducted by a duly constituted selection committee. A written test may also be held if applications are high in number.
