Eligibility Criteria of India AI Assistant Manager Vacancy

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering, Economics, Public Policy, Business Administration, or related field from a recognised university
• Master’s degree in Public Policy, Engineering, Management or related discipline is preferred

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in tech policy
• Minimum 2 years in project management, implementation, or programme management
• Experience may be from government, industry associations, technology organisations, or consultancy firms

Desired Qualifications

• Project management certifications like PMP, PRINCE2, Agile or similar
• Knowledge of project management tools like MS Project, Jira, Asana, Trello or similar
• Advanced MS Office skills and familiarity with AI-driven project tools
• Strong communication, organisational and analytical skills

Age Limit

• The maximum age shall be calculated as on the last date of receipt of applications

Key Responsibilities

• Support execution and monitoring of projects under Safe & Trusted pillar
• Evaluate and summarise project proposals
• Coordinate resources and timelines
• Prepare reports and dashboards
• Engage with stakeholders including industry, academia and government
• Ensure quality, compliance and delivery of project outcomes

• Position is purely temporary and contractual
• No claim for permanent appointment
