Aryans College of Law organises seminar on World Day of Social Justice

Srinagar, Feb 20: Aryans College of Law, Rajpura, near Chandigarh, organised a seminar on “Cyber Security & Artificial Intelligence: New Frontiers of Law” on the occasion of World Day of Social Justice at the District Court Complex, Chandigarh.

The session was delivered by Dr Neeraj Mohan, Cyber Expert from IKG-PTU, Jalandhar (Mohali Campus), who highlighted the emerging challenges of cyber crimes, legal implications of Artificial Intelligence, digital rights, and the role of law in ensuring justice in the digital era. Advocates gained valuable insights into cyber awareness, ethical use of technology, and legal safeguards against online threats, said a press release.

On this occasion, members of the District Bar Association, Chandigarh were also present, including President – Adv. Ashok Chauhan, Vice President – Adv. Sandeep Gujjar, Secretary – Adv. Amit Sharma, Treasurer – Adv. Ujwal Bhasin, Joint Secretary – Adv. Pooja Diwan, and Moderator – Adv. Shalini.

Aryans College of Law offers LLB & BALLB (120 seats each). The courses are affiliated to Punjabi University, Patiala & approved by Bar Council of India.

World Day of Social Justice is observed every year on 20th February. The day was proclaimed by the United Nations in 2007 and has been celebrated globally since 2009 to promote social equality, human rights, poverty eradication, gender equality, access to education, and decent employment opportunities.
