Apni Party Spokesperson Ishrat Bhat Honoured with Kupwara Women Achievers Award

Kupwara: Spokesperson of Jammu and Kashmir Apni Party, Ishrat Bhat, was honoured with the Kupwara Women Achievers Award 2026 during an event held to mark International Women’s Day at Town Hall Kupwara.

The programme was organised by Tycia Foundation with support from SIDBI Bank under Project JAZBA in collaboration with Kamraz Asian Aid International Foundation and the District Administration Kupwara.

During the event, several women achievers from the district were felicitated for their contributions in different fields. Ishrat Bhat was recognised for her role and achievements, and was presented the award in the presence of officials, social activists, entrepreneurs and members of civil society.

The event was aimed at highlighting the importance of women’s participation in social, economic and public life while encouraging greater empowerment and opportunities for women across the district.
