
Srinagar, Jan 8: A youth convention was organised at the Circuit House in Shopian to deliberate about the Apni Party’s ground work and to intensify public outreach programs.
As per a press release, the convention was chaired by Additional General Secretary Hilal Ahmed Shah, and presided by media panelist and district president Shopian, Advocate Gowhar Hassan Wani.
During the convention, the leaders held a threadbare discussion about unemployment, drug addiction, political situation, and how to involve youth in the future planning of J&K that would take them to the path of peace and development.
The speakers said that it is imperative to have communal harmony for peace and development of the region equally that would help boost tourism, and generate employment at the local level.
In his address, Hilal Ahmed Shah highlighted the pro-people and youth-centric vision of Apni Party President Syed Mohammad Altaf Bukhari, who has consistently raised his voice for employment, dignity, peace, and development in Jammu and Kashmir.
