Srinagar, July 23: A delegation from the Akhil Bharat Rachnatmak Samaj (ABRS), a Gandhian social organisation dedicated to advancing Gandhi’s Constructive Programme, met with Apni Party leaders on Wednesday at the party headquarters in Srinagar.

The delegation, led by ABRS National President Mr. Vibhuti Kumar Mishra and comprising 15 national delegates, presented a memento to Apni Party President Syed Mohammad Altaf Bukhari to mark the occasion.

Besides Syed Mohammad Altaf Bukhari, the prominent party leaders who hosted the visiting delegation included party’s Senior Vice President Ghulam Hassan Mir, General Secretary Rafi Ahmad Mir, Provincial President Mohammad Ashraf Mir, Media Advisor Farooq Andrabi, Provincial Secretary Najeeb Naqwi, and others.

During the meeting, the Apni Party leaders and ABRS delegates engaged in in-depth discussions on their shared goals of promoting peace, fostering social harmony, and uplifting communities. The exchange was marked by warmth and thoughtful dialogue.

Pertinently, the ABRS team is currently visiting Jammu & Kashmir as part of the Jai Jagat Karuna Yatra, a nationwide initiative aimed at spreading Gandhian values of peace, compassion, and non-violence. The national delegation was accompanied by the ABRS state team, led by Mr. Sanaullah Tamir, State President, and Er. Ehtisham Khan, State Youth President, along with other senior state members.
