AICTE PMSSS Diploma Scholarship 2025 For J&K And Ladakh Engineering Students – Apply Online

The All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) has announced the Special Scholarship Scheme for the students of the Union Territories of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh (SSS J&KL) under the Pradhan Mantri Uchchatar Shiksha Protsahan (PM-USP) Yojana for the academic session 2025-26. Online registrations are now open for Diploma holder students seeking lateral entry into the second year of Engineering degree programs.

Interested candidates who have completed a diploma in Engineering (AY 2024-2025) from the J&K Board of Technical Education are eligible to apply. The last date for registration is 21st July 2025.

Eligibility Criteria:
– Students must have passed a Diploma in Engineering during Academic Year 2024-25 from the J&K Board of Technical Education.
– Admission must be sought in the Engineering stream only.
– The scheme is exclusively for students belonging to the UTs of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh.
– Students already enrolled in any other scholarship scheme or NSP are not eligible.

Scholarship Benefits:
– Academic Fee: Up to Rs. 1.25 Lakh per annum (payable directly to the institution).
– Maintenance Allowance: Up to Rs. 1.00 Lakh per annum, released in 10 equal instalments for expenses including hostel, books, mess, stationery, etc.
