A Father’s Silent Strength

He doesn’t wear a crown of gold,
Yet in his eyes, a tale is told—
Of sleepless nights and silent tears,
Of battles fought across the years.

His hands are rough, his voice is deep,
He carries worlds he’ll never speak.
A fortress built of quiet grace,
With love that time cannot erase.

He walks behind, yet leads the way,
With wisdom in the words he’ll say.
Not loud in praise, not quick to show,
Yet deeper than the rivers flow.

He’s every scar, he’s every line,
A map of years he made us shine.
He is the shade in summer’s flame,
The whispered strength we never name.

So when the world feels far and wide,
I find my calm where he resides—
A father’s love, so strong, so wide,
Forever near, a silent guide.
