Identifying the accused as Tariq Ahmad Hajam, Ghulam Hassan Mir, Sonaullah Mir, and Razzak Mir, all residents of Barthana Srinagar, the CBK said that they (accused) posed as land brokers and fraudulently collected money under the pretext of arranging a property deal.
