SDH Kupwara performs 22 surgical procedures with zero referrals’ – Alfaaz – The Words

Kupwara: In a significant achievement for healthcare delivery in the district, Sub-District Hospital (SDH) Kupwara successfully conducted a total of 22 surgical procedures in a single day.

The cases included 17 Lower Segment Caesarean Sections (LSCS), one Tubal Ligation, and five Orthopaedic surgeries. Remarkably, no patient was referred out of the hospital today, highlighting the efficiency and capability of the medical team at SDH Kupwara.

The hospital administration expressed appreciation for the dedication of the doctors, surgeons, and paramedical staff, whose coordinated efforts ensured smooth and safe completion of all procedures.
