Schools in Jammu division to remain closed today

Jammu, Aug 18: All the government as well as private schools of Jammu division will continue to remain closed for the second consecutive day on August 19, 2025, amid adverse weather forecasts for the next 24 hours.

An order to this effect was issued by the Director School Education Jammu (DSEJ) on Monday.

“In view of the inclement and bad weather conditions, it is hereby ordered that all the government as well as private schools of Jammu division shall continue to remain closed till August 19, 2025,” read the order issued by DESJ.
