Ganderbal Police Hosts Mega Tiranga Bike Rally Ahead of I-Day – Alfaaz – The Words

Ganderbal: In a spirited celebration of patriotism and unity, Ganderbal Police on Tuesday organized a Mega Tiranga Bike Rally under the nationwide “Har Ghar Tiranga” campaign, marking the run-up to Independence Day.

The rally was flagged off by SSP Ganderbal, Khalil Ahmad Poswal (JKPS) from Manigam and concluded at the picturesque Manasbal Lake, passing through several key locations along the route. Hundreds of riders, including senior police officers, Jawans, and enthusiastic youth, rode with the Tricolour held high, filling the air with patriotic chants.

Speaking at the event, SSP Poswal said the rally was aimed at deepening the sense of national pride and collective responsibility. He stressed that such initiatives not only honor India’s heritage but also strengthen the commitment to unity, peace, and integrity.

The rally drew a warm response from locals, who waved flags, cheered, and sang patriotic songs as the convoy passed. The event concluded at Manasbal, where participants took a pledge to uphold the ideals of freedom, brotherhood, and harmony.

Ganderbal Police reiterated its resolve to foster strong community-police relations through inclusive and inspiring public events.
