Reporting to – Store Manager
Salary Rs 18500 CTC
Purpose of the Job

Deliverables (key responsibilities)
Customer Service Responsible for resolving product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint; determining
the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; following up to
ensure resolution
Advertisement
Generate Sales leads
Responsible for driving sales for various Airtel Plans, Plan upgrades & Products including my Airtel APP,
WYNK, Airtel TV etc. for new & existing Airtel customers.
Deliver on all agreed KPIs with adherence to pre-defined Scope of Plan to run store operations smoothly.
Compliance
Ensure compliance with policies and procedures & expected code of conduct.
Ensure completion of store operational requirements

Educational Level Must have:
Graduation is a must
MBA (Preferred)
Working Experience Must have:
Minimum 1-2 years of Retail experience
