PROVISIONAL SELECTION LIST OF THE CANDIDATES APPLIED FOR DIFFERENT POSTS UNDER ADDICTION TREATMENT FACILITY DISTRICT HOSPITAL SAMBA

Consequent upon notification No. 01 of 2025 dated 21/05/2025 applications were invited for 1 Post of Medical Officer MBBS, 1 post of Nurse 1 Post of Councilor, 01 post of Data Entry operator under Addiction Treatment Facility District Hospital Poonch. Total 87 no of applications were received for the post of Nurse, 5 applications were received for the post of Medical Officer MBBS,

34 applications were received for the post of Councilor and 53 applications were received for the post of Data Entry Operator. As per selection criteria written test was conducted for one post of Nurse on 12/07/2025 in Bhargav Degree College samba and out of

87 applicants 67 applicants appeared in screening/written test and shortlisted against each post as per selection criteria and date for viva voce/interview was fixed on 19/07/2025 at Conference Hall CMO office Samba and provisional selection list is prepared for one post of Medical Officer,

1 post of Councilor, 1 post Data Manager and 1 Post of nurse along with waiting list and after taking the approval from Chairman District Health Society Samba Provisional selection is issued and notified

Terms and Conditions:

The selected candidates shall have to sign a contract with the Medical Superintendent DH Samba as per the guideline of ATF & NHM.

Remuneration and leaves whatever kind due shall be applicable as guidelines of ATF.

Initially contract will be up to 31st March 2026.

The Medical Superintendent DH Samba will not be responsible for any postal delay.

The posts are non-transferable. The selected candidates shall have to work on the post for which she/he selected. Moreover, selected candidates are directed to submit an affidavit attested by 1st class Magistrate regarding this.

The contractual appointee hired under NHM/ATF shall not be entitled to any preferential claim for regular appointment under Health Department.

Medical Superintendent DH Samba reserves the right of termination of any such appointee who indulges in unlawful activities or dereliction of duties or delinquent behaviour after a notice of one month.

Candidates shall have to submit an affidavit attested by 1st class magistrate along with application regarding genuineness of their degrees/diplomas/qualification certificates that at any stage if the documents submitted by his/her self-found fake/fudged the appointment of the said candidate will be terminated immediately and strict action will be taken against him/her under rules.

Salary of the selected candidates will be released only after receiving verification of documents by the concerned institutions and from Police Department.

Note:
All selected candidates are hereby informed to report to Medical Superintendent DH Samba within seven days with original documents for joining.
