GSL Announces 102 Non Executive Posts In Various Trades And Departments, Apply Online By 11 August

Goa Shipyard Limited (GSL) has released the official notification inviting online applications for 102 Non Executive positions across different departments. These posts include technical assistants, office assistants, welders, fitters, supervisors, and more. Interested candidates can submit their applications from 12 July 2025 onwards.

According to the official GSL notification, the maximum age limit varies by post, ranging from 33 to 36 years. Selected candidates will receive a monthly salary in the range of Rs. 28,700 to Rs. 45,700 depending on the post and experience. The selection process, eligibility, and other terms are detailed in the official notice.

Eligibility Criteria:

For Junior Supervisor (Safety – Electrical), candidates must have a 3-year Diploma in Electrical Engineering and a 1-year Diploma in Industrial Safety with 2 years of relevant experience. The upper age limit is 33 years.

Junior Supervisor (Paint) requires a 3-year Diploma in Mechanical Engineering and 2 years of experience. The age limit is 33 years.

Assistant Superintendent (Finance) requires a graduate degree with ICAI/ICWAI intermediate pass or MBA in Finance, plus 2 years of experience. The age limit is 33 years.

Assistant Superintendent (Hindi Translator) must have a Bachelor’s degree in Hindi with English as a subject and 2 years of translation experience. Age limit is 33 years.

Technical Assistants (Mechanical, Electrical/Electronics, Shipbuilding) must hold a 3-year Diploma in the respective field with 5 years of experience. The age limit is 36 years.

Nurse (Male) must have B.Sc. Nursing or a 2-year Diploma in Nursing with 2 years of experience. The age limit is 33 years.

Office Assistants must hold a bachelor’s degree with a 1-year computer course and 3 years of experience. The Finance/IA post requires a commerce degree and 1 year of experience.

Shipwright Fitter must be 10th pass with a training certificate in Deck or Engine Department and 2 years of experience.

Structural Fitter, Welder, and Machinist require ITI qualifications in the respective trade and 2 years of experience.
Safety Steward needs to be 10th pass with a 1-year Diploma in Industrial Safety and 2 years of experience.

Painter must have passed 10th with 4 years of experience.

The application fee for General and OBC candidates is Rs. 200. SC, ST, PwBD, and Ex-Servicemen candidates are exempted from payment.

Selecction Process:
