Supreme Court Of India Hiring Consultant (Research) And Research Assistants – Apply By 29 June 2025

The Supreme Court of India has released an official advertisement inviting applications from eligible law graduates for engagement as Consultant (Research) and Research Assistants. These are short-term contractual assignments offering attractive consolidated remuneration.

As per Advertisement No. F.21 (LC)/2025-SC (RC), dated 24 June 2025, the engagement will initially be for one year and may be extended for another year based on performance. The posts will be filled through a selection process based on resume and interaction. A total of 9 positions are available under this notification.

Eligibility Criteria:

Applicants for both posts must hold an LLB degree from a recognized university. In addition to excellent writing skills, candidates must have at least one year of research experience in the relevant field. Other essential requirements include IT skills, familiarity with data analysis tools, MS Excel, PowerPoint, legal databases, and the ability to conduct legal research.

For Research Assistant, it is also required that the candidate has authored and published academic work such as books, theses, or dissertations.

The upper age limit for both positions is 35 years as on the last date of application submission.
