PFRDA Officer Grade A Assistant Manager Notification 2025 Out For 27 Posts In Multiple Streams

Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority (PFRDA) has released the official notification inviting online applications for Officer Grade ‘A’ (Assistant Manager) posts in General, Finance & Accounts, IT, Legal, Research, Actuary and Official Language streams. A total of 27 vacancies have been announced across various categories including reserved posts for PwBD.

As per the official notification, the online application process will commence from 23 June 2025 and remain open till 06 August 2025. The selection will take place in three stages – Phase I (Prelims), Phase II (Mains), and Phase III (Interview). Candidates must not be more than 30 years old as of 31 July 2025.

Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualifications:
General: Master’s degree in any discipline or Bachelor’s in Law or Engineering or qualified CA/CS/CMA/CFA
Finance & Accounts: Graduation with CA/CS/CMA/CFA
IT: B.E/B.Tech in relevant fields or MCA or post graduate diploma in computers/IT. AI/ML specialization preferred.
Research (Economics/Statistics): Master’s in Statistics/Economics/Commerce/Finance/Econometrics.
Actuary: Graduation and passed/exempted all 7 ‘Core Principles’ subjects of Institute of Actuaries of India.
Legal: Bachelor’s in Law.
Rajbhasha: Master’s in Hindi or equivalent with Hindi/English as a subject in graduation

Age Limit
Maximum age is 30 years as on 31.07.2025. Candidates must be born on or after 01.08.1995. Age relaxation as per rules for reserved categories.

Application Fee:
Unreserved, EWS, and OBC candidates must pay a non-refundable fee of ₹1,000 including GST. SC/ST/PwBD/Women candidates are exempted from paying the fee.

Selection Process:
The selection of candidates will be done through a three-stage process – Phase I (Screening Test), Phase II (Online Exam), and Phase III (Interview). Each phase carries two papers of 100 marks. Final selection will be based on performance across all three phases.
