Nuclear Power Corporation of India Limited (NPCIL) has released an official notification inviting applications for 337 Apprentice vacancies. The posts are offered across Trade Apprentice, Diploma Apprentice, and Graduate Apprentice categories under NPCIL’s Tamil Nadu unit.
As per the official notification, the maximum age limit for these posts ranges from 24 years to 28 years depending on the category of apprenticeship. Age relaxations are applicable as per Government of India rules. Candidates selected for these posts will be paid a monthly stipend ranging from ₹7,700 to ₹9,000 based on the apprenticeship type. Selection will be made through a merit-based shortlisting process.
Interested and eligible candidates must submit their application offline by sending the form to the designated address before the last date i.e., 21 July 2025. Educational Qualifications
Candidates applying for Trade Apprentice must have passed ITI in relevant trade. For Diploma Apprentice posts, candidates must possess a Diploma. For Graduate Apprentice posts, a degree such as BA, B.Sc, B.Com, BE/B.Tech or any relevant graduation degree is required.
Age Limit
The minimum and maximum age limits vary by post:
Trade Apprentice – 14 to 24 years
Diploma Apprentice – 18 to 25 years
Graduate Apprentice – 20 to 28 years
Upper age relaxation is applicable for OBC (3 years), SC/ST (5 years), PwBD General/EWS (10 years), PwBD OBC (13 years), and PwBD SC/ST (15 years) as per rules.
