Educational Qualification

Applicants should possess one of the following certifications issued by the Ministry of Communication (MoC), Government of India:

• General Operator Certificate (GMDSS GOC)
• Certificate of Proficiency (COP)
• COP RTG (Radio Telephony General)
• COP RTR (Radio Telephony Restricted)
• COP RTIM (Radio Telephony Inland Marine)

Age Limit

The maximum age limit for applicants is 64 years as of the last date of application.

Experience Required

• Junior Consultant (up to E3 level): Retired ONGC employees with A/F level up to E3 level.
• Associate Consultant (E4 to E5 level): Retired ONGC employees with E4/E5/E6 level (with E6 level subject to remuneration capping at E5 level).
