Appointment of Candidates from waiting list for contractual Posts of BHD under Mission YUVA (District Udhampur).

In continuation to this office Order No. 14 of 2026 dated 14-03-2026 issued under endorsement No. DCU/YUVA/2025-26/PS/813 dated 14-03-2026. A total of 17 candidates were selected, including 02 posts for SBDUs and 15 posts for BHDs.

Whereas, 01 Business Help Desk (BHD) Member, namely Ms. Sangeta Kumari, resigned from the post of BHD Coordinator, (Sub Divisional Magistrate) Chenani on 23-04-2026, as she has been selected for the post of Constable in Jammu & Kashmir Police.

Now, therefore, on the basis of performance in the interview, weightage earned in respect of the academic merit, qualifications, experience and all other relevant parameters, the following candidate from the waiting list is hereby selected against the available post.

Further the appointment is subject to the following conditions:

Initial Contract Period: This appointment is on a contractual basis for an initial period of eleven (11) months, effective from the date of joining.

Performance Review: Upon completion of the initial contract period, performance of each personnel shall be comprehensively reviewed based on predetermined key performance indicators.

Contract Extension: Based on satisfactory performance evaluation, the contract may be extended for an additional eleven (11) months period till the project life of Mission YUVA.

Renewal Criteria: Contract renewal shall be subject to achievement of performance targets and adherence to service conditions.

Contract Execution: Each selected candidate shall be required to sign a formal contractual agreement as laid down in the Operational Guidelines for SBDU and BHD under Mission YUVA.

Roles & Responsibilities: The Roles and Responsibilities and reporting structure shall be the same as laid down in the Operational Guidelines for SBDU and BHD under Mission YUVA.

Termination of Contract: The contractual engagement of personnel under Mission YUVA shall be subject to termination under the conditions as laid down in the Operational Guidelines for SBDU and BHD under Mission YUVA. The CEO Mission YUVA/Director Employment/SPV shall have the absolute discretionary authority to terminate the contract of any SBDU or BHD personnel at any time during the contract period, with appropriate notice as specified in the contractual agreement.

The appointment shall be effective from 19-05-2026 and the appointee shall be required to report in the office of Deputy Director, District Employment & Counselling Centre, Udhampur within a period of five (05) days from the date of issuance of this order. The selected candidate shall produce all original documents for verification at time of joining.

In case of failure to joining within five days, his/her engagement in terms of this order shall be deemed to have lapsed without any further notice, and candidates on the waiting list may be considered.
