Central University of Kashmir has invited applications from eligible candidates for the post of Junior Research Assistant under a JKST&IC, JKDST sponsored research project. The project is titled “Deciphering Climate Resilience in Kashmir’s Indigenous Rice: Photosynthetic and Biochemical Modelling Analysis for Sustainable Agriculture”.

The recruitment is purely contractual for one year and may be extended for another year based on satisfactory performance and annual renewal. Candidates with M.Sc. in Botany and relevant qualifications can apply for the post before the last date.

Eligibility Criteria of Central University of Kashmir JRA Vacancy

Post	Educational Qualification	Desirable Qualification
Junior Research Assistant	M.Sc. Botany with at least 55% marks or equivalent CGPA grade.	Qualified CSIR-UGC NET exam or equivalent, good knowledge of Agriculture Sciences, familiarity with paddy field experiments, and experience in computer handling and basic software applications.

Salary Details
