The revised fares reflect incremental increases ranging from Rs 1.32 to Rs 3.97 over previous rates, depending on distance slabs.

For journeys beyond 20 kilometres, fares will be charged per additional kilometre in line with stage carriage passenger bus rates applicable on the respective routes. In the Kashmir region, the rate is fixed at Rs 1.19 per kilometre for plain areas and Rs 1.64 for hilly terrain, while in the Jammu region, it is Rs 1.12 for plains and Rs 1.59 for hilly areas.

The order further stipulates that a 50 per cent concession, as outlined in Annexure G, will continue to apply across all eligible categories.
