8th Central Pay Commission to Visit Srinagar from June 1 | Kashmir Life

SRINAGAR: The Eighth Central Pay Commission is scheduled to visit Srinagar, Jammu and Kashmir, from June 1 to June 4, 2026, to hold consultations with stakeholders on pay structures and allowances.

According to an official notice, Central and Union Territory government organisations, institutions and unions seeking to meet the Commission must submit a memorandum through the official website.

The notice stated that representatives are required to request an appointment through the designated NIC forms link by May 16, 2026, using the unique memorandum ID generated at the time of submission.

Officials said the visit is part of the Commission’s consultation process with stakeholders on service-related matters.
