Finance Officer	Basic Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce from recognized university or college. Desired Qualification: Post-graduate Degree in Commerce.	Postgraduate: Minimum 5 years experience in financial accounting of projects/company for candidates with post-graduation in commerce. Graduate: Minimum 7 years experience for candidates with graduation in commerce. General: Computer literacy, proficiency in Tally or other accounting software and use of spreadsheets. Knowledge of accounting and audit requirement for financial compliance.
Planning, M&E Officer	Basic Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture Economics, Statistics or Economics from recognized university or college. Desired Qualification: Post-graduate Degree in Agriculture Economics, Statistics or Economics.	Postgraduate: Minimum 5 years experience in rural development programmes related to impact assessment, evaluation and establishing systems for preparation of AWPB and monitoring results. Graduate: Minimum 7 years experience for candidates with Bachelor’s Degree. General: Computer literacy and proficiency in use of spreadsheets.
