Sub-Inspector Dies After Collapsing While on Duty in South Kashmir | Kashmir Life

SRINAGAR: A Sub-Inspector lost his life after falling unconscious while on duty at Battalion Headquarters Kehribal in Mattan area of South Kashmir Anantnag district on Sunday.

An official said that the deceased has been identified as 58-year-old, Ranjeet Singh, son of Awtar Singh, a resident of Kadyal, RS Pora Jammu.

He said the officer suddenly fell unconscious in his room and was immediately evacuated to PHC Mattan, where doctors declared him brought dead.

The body has been shifted to SDH Seer Hamdhan for completion of medico-legal formalities. (KNC)
