Eligibility Criteria of Income Tax Department Pune Vacancies

Educational Qualification: Candidate must be an Indian National holding Graduate or Post Graduate degree in Law from recognized universities, colleges or institutions of national or international repute, or must be a Chartered Accountant.

Candidate should have obtained at least 50 percent marks in 3 Year LLB or 5 Year Integrated LLB degree program or Post Graduation degree program or must be a qualified Chartered Accountant.

Preferred Qualification: Chartered Accountants who have completed articleship in taxation and law graduates or post graduates engaged in research work or projects in taxation will be preferred. Candidates having skills in information and communication technology with good communication and interpersonal skills will also be preferred.

Age Limit:

Candidate age should not exceed 35 years as on the date of advertisement.
