‘War Must Stop Immediately’: Farooq Abdullah Flags Severe Global Fallout | Kashmir Life

SRINAGAR: National Conference President Farooq Abdullah on Friday said that the ongoing conflict in the Middle East will have serious repercussions not only for India but for the entire world, stressing the urgent need to end the hostilities.

Speaking to reporters, Abdullah said, “I pray that this war comes to an end, peace is restored, and people are able to live in comfort and safety.”

He further said, “It will have a major impact very severe consequences. Not only our country, but the entire world will be affected. That is why this war must stop as soon as possible.”

Abdullah also expressed hope that peace will prevail and those affected by the conflict will find relief. “The power of God is above all, and, God willing, peace will be restored,” he added.

He urged people to pray for peace and stability, saying that the current situation calls for collective efforts to promote harmony and put an end to violence. (KNC)
