
The National Institute of Biologicals (NIB), Noida has released an official notification inviting applications from eligible candidates for various scientific and administrative posts. The recruitment drive includes positions such as Scientist Grade-II, Scientist Grade-III, Junior Scientist, Administrative Assistant, Laboratory Technician, Assistant-II and others.
A total of 44 vacancies have been announced under this recruitment. Interested candidates can submit their online applications starting from 9 March 2026. The last date to apply online is 8 April 2026. After submitting the online form, applicants must also send the printed application form along with documents to the institute through Speed Post or Registered Post.

The selection process varies depending on the post applied for.
Scientist Grade-II and Scientist Grade-III posts will be selected through a Computer Based Test followed by evaluation of credentials and a personal discussion. The final merit list will be prepared based on CBT score, credentials and discussion.
Junior Scientist and Laboratory Technician posts will be selected through a Computer Based Test. The final merit list will be prepared on the basis of CBT marks.
Administrative Assistant and Assistant-II posts will have a Computer Based Test followed by a typing skill test which will be qualifying in nature.
For Junior Hindi Translator, the selection process will include Paper I which is an objective test and Paper II which is a descriptive test covering translation, precis writing and essay.
There will be negative marking of 0.25 marks for each wrong answer in the Computer Based Test for most posts.
The application process includes two stages which are online submission and sending a hard copy of the application.
Step 1 – Online Application
Visit the official website of NIB and open the career section. Click on the link for online application for the available posts. Fill in the required details in the application form and submit it online. After submission, download and print the final application form.
Step 2 – Sending Hard Copy
Attach self-attested copies of educational certificates, experience certificates, age proof, caste certificate if applicable, and other required documents. Candidates working in government organisations should also attach a No Objection Certificate if required.
Place the application form and documents in a sealed envelope and write “Application for the post of [Post Name]” on the envelope.
