Six-Year-Old Girl Killed in Srinagar Road Accident | Kashmir Life

SRINAGAR: A six-year-old girl lost her life after a load carrier hit her near Rambagh area of Srinagar on Friday.

Officals said that the deceased has been identified as Ayat Imtiyaz, daughter of Imtiyaz Ahmad Sheikh, a resident of Dayalgam, Anantnag. She was initially taken to nearby hospital and later referred to SMHS Hospital for advanced treatment.

The girl was crossing the road when she was hit by a load carrier near Beighpora Masjid in Rambagh, resulting in multiple injuries. Doctors at SMHS Hospital declared her brought dead, they said.

Cognizance of the incident has been taken and Further legal proceedings have been initiated in the matter. (KNC)
