KPDCL Schedules Power Shutdown in Few Areas | Kashmir Life

SRINAGAR: Power supply to several areas of Kulgam district will remain affected on February 11 and 14 due to a scheduled shutdown of the 33 KV Kulgam–DH Pora line, the Chief Engineer, Distribution, Kashmir Power Distribution Corporation Limited (KPDCL), said.

According to the official statement, the shutdown will be observed from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm, during which electricity supply to DH Pora, Aharibal, Nagam, DK Marg, Khull, Nillow, Begam, Sehpora and adjoining areas will remain disrupted.

KPDCL said the shutdown is being carried out to facilitate necessary maintenance works along the Chowalgam onwards section of the line.
