Eligibility Criteria of IRCON Works Engineer Vacancies

Works Engineer Civil	Full time graduate degree in Civil Engineering with minimum 60 percent marks from a recognized university approved by AICTE or UGC	Maximum 30 years as on 01 January 2026	Minimum one year experience in building construction works. Preference will be given to candidates with maintenance experience of buildings

Teaching, training, consultancy, or freelancing experience will not be treated as valid experience. Age relaxation will be applicable as per Government of India rules.

Pay Scale and Contract Details

The selected candidates will receive a fixed consolidated pay of Rs 36,000 per month. An annual increment of 5 percent will be applicable after completion of each year of service. The initial contract period will be one year and may be extended based on performance and project requirements.
