BSNL Senior Executive Trainee Recruitment 2026, Apply Online For 120 SET Posts

Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has released the official notification for direct recruitment of Senior Executive Trainees (SET) in Telecom and Finance streams from external candidates. The recruitment is being conducted for the 2026 cycle under Advertisement No. BSNLCO-11/12(11)/1/2025-RECTT-CO-Part (1).

Eligible candidates with engineering or finance qualifications can apply online through the official BSNL recruitment portal within the prescribed dates. The selection will be based on a Computer Based Test (CBT).

Educational Qualification

For SET – Telecom Stream:

Bachelor of Engineering / Bachelor of Technology or equivalent engineering degree with minimum 60% marks on a full-time regular basis in any of the following disciplines:

• Electronics and Telecommunication
• Electronics
• Computer Science
• Information Technology
• Electrical
• Instrumentation

Or combination of these disciplines as core with other associated emerging branches.

For SET – Finance Stream:

• Chartered Accountant (CA)
• Cost and Management Accountant (CMA)

Age Limit

Applicants should be minimum 21 years as on closing date of receipt of application.

Training and Career Growth

Selected candidates will undergo a 52-week training program comprising common managerial modules and stream-specific functional training. On successful completion, candidates may progress to Assistant General Manager (AGM) positions in the E-4 pay scale.
