LG Sinha greets people of Dadra and Nagar Haveli, Daman and Diu on UT Day

Jammu, Jan 26: Jammu Kashmir Lok Bhavan on Monday celebrated Dadra and Nagar Haveli & Daman and Diu Union Territory Day.

The Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha extended his heartiest greetings and best wishes to the people of Dadra and Nagar Haveli & Daman and Diu Union Territory on the occasion.

“I pray that the Union Territory achieve new heights of progress in the years ahead. May peace and prosperity touch the lives of every citizen,” the Lieutenant Governor said as per an official statement.

It was on this day, January 26th in the year 2020, that the Dadra and Nagar Haveli & Daman and Diu were merged to form the new Union Territory of Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Daman and Diu.
