Domicile	Candidate must be a domicile of Jammu and Kashmir

Professional Qualification	CA from ICAI or CMA/ICWA from ICMAI are also eligible
Work Experience	Full-time, paid, post-qualification experience in entrepreneurship development, MSME promotion, startup incubation, livelihoods, market linkage, skill development, or program management in development or government sector
