The training, as per the DYSS statement, was conducted for Youth Services and Sports (YSS) officials representing various sports zones of the Srinagar district.

The sessions were imparted in a highly professional manner by Dr Nusrat Ara, who guided the trainees through the core fundamentals of basic life support.
The participants expressed satisfaction and appreciation for the training, stating that the programme significantly enhanced their preparedness to respond to medical emergencies in sports and public settings.
The college authorities extended full logistical and institutional support for the smooth conduct of the programme.
It was further informed that the BLS training will continue and will be extended to all YSS officials across the Kashmir Province during the winter session as part of a wider initiative to strengthen emergency preparedness in the sports sector.
