Islamic University of Science and Technology (IUST), Kashmir has released Advertisement Notice No. 04 of 2025 dated 31-12-2025. The University has invited online applications from eligible candidates for non-teaching positions. These include Finance Officer, Deputy Registrar and Deputy Finance Officer posts.

Eligibility Criteria of IUST Kashmir Recruitment

Post	Educational / Professional Qualification	Age Limit
Finance Officer	Master’s Degree with at least 55% marks and required administrative / financial / academic experience as detailed in the notification. Desirable qualifications include Finance / Commerce / MBA (Finance) / CA / ICWA etc.	Not more than 55 years as on 01-01-2026
Deputy Registrar	Master’s Degree with at least 55% marks with required teaching / administrative / research / financial experience as per notification.	Not more than 55 years as on 01-01-2026
Deputy Finance Officer	Master’s Degree with at least 55% marks with relevant financial / administrative experience. Preference to CA / ICWA candidates.	Not more than 55 years as on 01-01-2026

For Deputy Registrar and Deputy Finance Officer posts, the applicant must be a domicile of Jammu and Kashmir. Other terms, relaxation and experience rules are as stated in the advertisement.

The fee shall be paid through online mode only.

Selection Process

The University may conduct a written test to shortlist candidates if required. Up to 20 candidates shall be shortlisted for one post and five candidates for every additional post. Final selection will be as per University rules.
