Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL) Kotdwara has released the official notification for the recruitment of Trainee Engineer I and Trainee Officer I posts on a temporary basis for its various project locations across India. The notification is issued under Advt. No. 21001/HR/KOT/REC/2025-26/04 dated 01.01.2026.

This recruitment is for engineering graduates in Electronics, Mechanical, Civil and Electrical streams, along with one Finance post. Candidates must pre-register online to attend the Walk-in Written Test. Educational qualification, age limit, vacancies, and other key details are given below. Vacancy Details of BEL Trainee Engineer and Officer Recruitment 2026

Eligibility Criteria of BEL Kotdwara Vacancies

No prior work experience is required for any post.

Selection Process

Selection will be through a Written Test followed by Document Verification based on merit.

The written exam will be of 90 minutes with 100 questions from Technical and General Aptitude sections.
Each correct answer carries 1 mark. There will be negative marking of 0.25 for each wrong answer.

Minimum qualifying marks:

• General/EWS/OBC-NCL: 35%
• SC/ST/PwBD: 30%

Salary and Tenure

Engagement will be for 2 years. It may be extended for 1 more year based on project requirement and performance.

Monthly consolidated pay:

• 1st Year: Rs. 30,000
• 2nd Year: Rs. 35,000
• 3rd Year (if extended): Rs. 40,000

An additional Rs. 12,000 per year is paid towards insurance and other allowances.
Area allowance of 10 percent of pay is applicable for certain postings.

Application Fee

• UR / EWS / OBC: Rs. 177 (including GST)
• SC / ST / PwBD: No fee

The online pre-registration link will be available from 01.01.2026 to 15.01.2026.

Only registered candidates will be allowed for the written exam.
