Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

• Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI)

Essential Post-Qualification Experience

• Minimum 01 year post-qualification experience in the company secretariat of any listed/unlisted company
• Internship/training experience will NOT be counted

Area of Experience Required

• Drafting of agenda, minutes, official letters, etc.
• Conducting Board/Committee/General Body meetings
• Compliance with Companies Act & other statutory requirements

Salary & Benefits

• Pay Band: ₹30,000 – 3% – ₹1,20,000
• Initial Basic Pay: ₹30,000/-
• Annual CTC: Approximately ₹9.96 Lakhs
• Perks: 35% of basic pay
• Retention Bonus: ₹20,000 every 6 months
