CM Omar Meets Finance Minister to Discuss Jammu Kashmir Development Priorities

SRINAGAR: Jammu Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah on Thursday held a detailed meeting with Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman to discuss key developmental priorities for the Union Territory.

According to a post on X by the Office of the Chief Minister, Omar “called on the Hon’ble Union Minister of Finance Nirmala Sitharaman and held detailed discussions on key developmental priorities of Jammu Kashmir.”

The discussions centred on strengthening infrastructure, attracting investment, and ensuring sustained financial support for welfare-oriented initiatives in the Union Territory.
