Mubashir Niyaz Assumes Role of DySP HQ Kupwara; Stresses Integrity, Public Trust – Alfaaz – The Words

Kupwara: Mubashir Niyaz on Friday assumed charge as the new Deputy Superintendent of Police (DySP) Headquarters Kupwara, succeeding Haji Mohammad Rafiq, who has been transferred to Bandipora.

Upon his arrival at the SSP Office Kupwara, Niyaz was accorded a warm welcome by officers and personnel, who greeted him with flowers and bouquets.

Soon after taking charge, the newly appointed officer convened an introductory meeting with police officers and personnel, emphasizing the importance of maintaining professionalism, integrity, and a citizen-friendly approach in policing.

He urged the officers to uphold public trust through transparent, corruption-free service delivery and to work with renewed enthusiasm and commitment toward public welfare and security.

Local residents and officials alike have expressed optimism that DySP Mubashir Niyaz will continue to strengthen policing standards in the district through dedication and people-centric initiatives.
