2 Injured in Inverter Battery Blast in Central Kashmir

Srinagar: Two persons sustained burn injuries after an inverter battery exploded inside a room in the Hawal area of Srinagar on Saturday. News agency KNC quoted an official as saying that the injured were initially shifted to Gousia Hospital and later referred to SMHS Hospital Srinagar for specialized treatment. Both suffered multiple burn injuries in the incident. However, hospital sources said that the condition of both the injured persons is stable as of now.
