18-Month-Old Baby Dies from Electric Shock in Central Kashmir | Kashmir Life

SRINAGAR: An 18-month-old female baby died after allegedly receiving an electric shock at her home in Sundergund area of central Kashmir’s Budgam district on Saturday.

Reports said that the child, identified as Aamina Nisar, daughter of Nisar Ahmad Mir, resident of Sundergund, Budgam was immediately rushed to District Hospital (DH) Budgam for treatment. However, upon arrival, the attending doctors declared her “brought dead”.

An official confirmed that the baby had suffered a severe electric shock at her residence before being shifted to the medical facility.

Meanwhile, the incident has been taken on record by the concerned authorities. (KDC)
